Our story

We started working with software for corporate events in 2006.

Unable to find an event management system (EMS) that was easy to use, yet powerful and flexible, we decided to create our own. Our customers tell us we have succeeded. Both the ones taking the step up from manual email invitations and spreadsheets, and the ones leaving behind their current EMS and switching to Oiiku.

We take privacy seriously.

Oiiku is hosted on dedicated servers in Germany, a country known for having some of the world's toughest privacy laws. All our systems are encrypted with HTTPS.

When attendees register for an event they accept by opt-in that we're storing their personal data. We keep the data on our servers until the event has been completed. We then export and delete all personal data and send a download link to our client. We also encourage our clients to send attendee lists as download links, not email attachments, to prevent personal data from being stored in personal email accounts.
